How Do You Treat Stage 3 Severe Dry Eye When Steroids and Drops Don't Work?
We move on to stage 3, the dry eye treatment and doing everything natural. If those don’t work then we will usually keep you on one of them, regardless, and then move you on to autologous serum, scleral lenses, and prokera.
It's also a great idea to go back to the basics and make sure you have done all those first steps. Make sure that you are taking a good omega 3, that your diet is on point, that you are getting a good exercise. I would make sure you are doing all of those things before going any further.
