I was sent a bottle with an expiration date of October 2026 - I ordered on September 17th. Customer service is horrible and will not return my requests for refunds or exchanges.
I have a problem. You have taken my money but I have received nothing so I cannot comment on the eye mask. I’m also concerned at your approach to subscribe me to something I do not want on a regular basis. This form of aggressive marketing scares me and I’m not used to it in the UK. You sent me the product Lid and Lash Cleanser that expires October 2026. I have called and emailed you several times and have you have never responded. I will not do business with you again. It is not acceptable to receive a product that has all ready expired and worse, you never responded to my inquires.
