I have a problem. You have taken my money but I have received nothing so I cannot comment on the eye mask. I’m also concerned at your approach to subscribe me to something I do not want on a regular basis. This form of aggressive marketing scares me and I’m not used to it in the UK. I would be so grateful if I could have my money back or actually receive what I paid for. I do not wish to subscribe thank you. Pat Wyness

You sent me the product Lid and Lash Cleanser that expires October 2026. I have called and emailed you several times and have you have never responded. I will not do business with you again. It is not acceptable to receive a product that has all ready expired and worse, you never responded to my inquires.
I received bottle last week and noticed the expiration date is October.
They worked to clear up blepharitis (crustiness and puffiness in the eyelids) and they were easy and pleasant to use.
