Dr. Jenna Zigler's Pumpkin Hummus Recipe 0
I'm pretty sure the start of October calls for "pumpkin spice" EVERYTHING. I love Fall recipes and I have decided to share one of my favorite holiday dip recipes.
(Serving Size: 8-10)
- 1 15oz can chickpeas, drained
- 1 15oz can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 Tbs tahini (or you can use almond or cashew butter)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbs maple syrup (or just use a bit of Stevia to taste)
Place all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth, adding water as needed for easier blending or thinner hummus. You can eat it with veggies, pita chips, or even pita bread. Enjoy!
