Dry Eyes Causes and Treatment
My doc told me he has patients that are symptom free and believes I could get to that point. Is that possible?
Yes, absolutely. That is the point of treatment. We try to get you symptom free. It absolutely depends on severity. If your eyes are mildly dry, even moderately dry, there is a way to find relief and to be completely symptom free. I am not symptom free when I live in Ohio and I am not pregnant, but when I am pregnant and I live in South Carolina I am pretty much symptom free. It just tells you how hormones and environment can play such a major role in dry eye. Just changing some of those things can make you go from having a ton of symptoms to not having symptoms at all. So it is possible!
