Just after the first use it left my eye feeling dry and then my eye started hurting. I waited a couple of days and tried using it again and the same thing happened, so I waited a day and tried again and the same thing happened. I have come to the conclusion that this is not the product for me. I wish it was.

Excellent results. When used regularly it greatly reduces the redness from my eye issues (meibomian gland dysfunction) and also greatly reduces possible eye lid infections.

I prefer purchasing directly from your company. My product from Amazon had been previously opened. I was not impressed. However your employees took great care of me. My eye doctor said the product was a good quality. I will definitely purchase again soon. I have chronic dry eye and the previous eye doctor caused a chalazion cyst which they then blamed on anxiety. I switched eye doctors. I generally remove my eye make up with Almay eye make up remover. . Then wash my eyes lightly and then use the Hyedreate. My eyes feel terrific. I love this product.
