How to use:

Freeze mask for at least two hours prior to using. Place frozen mask over closed eyelids and relax!

Warning: Do not use mask for more than twenty minutes. Wash with mild soap and water and dry with a clean towel.

MediViz cooling eye mask

I first purchased the eye mask in 2019. In 2021 I had a replacement sent because there was a rip in the mask and the gel beads were coming out. Now a year later with the replacement mask another rip developed and again beads are coming out and can’t use. This seems to be happening just with normal daily use. Pretty disappointed
