Heyedrate is my daily eyelid/eyelash cleaner. I’m sensitive to preservatives, fragrance and botanicals. This product has none of those. It’s safe, it’s easy and it helps minimize eye irritants and allergens and manage dry eyes. Using their subscription service guarantees me a great price and I don’t have to worry about accidentally running out. I use other hypochlorous products for cleaning and wound care, but this is the only product I trust for my eyes.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Have used it daily for many years. I use it several times a day to remove the excess oils on my lids. I have chronic dry eye syndrome and Myobian gland dysfunction. The cleanser helps both of these issues.
I have even recommended it to my friends I often gift a bottle to them on occasions.
This particular lid and lash cleaner is above and beyond any other cleanser on the market. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion.
The safety seal appears compromised and I’m hesitant to use product on my eyes. I do not typically leave a poor review but cannot reach the company for a replacement for the 4 oz bottle. I have sent email and left voicemail for the company and have not heard back from customer service for weeks. Frustrated with company’s unresponsiveness.

I like this product! Not too strong a scent, feels good and seems effective.
I used to like them but not anymore. The last batch they sent me had a 4-month away expiration date. I wrote them about that twice already and have not heard from anyone. I am really disappointed. I cannot use these because I have others that I use on different days and the expiration date of July would not work.
I have dry eyes and other issues that makes my need to clean my eye lashes 2 times a day. I am very sensitive to products that I had found I could not use. I have had great luck with this product. This was a reorder!

Love the product. The only issue is with the container. The pump stays depressed with prolonged use. The plastic parts don't slide well over time.

I love this product, but wish it were not so expensive. When I first started using it, it was about $45 dollars. Now I'm paying nearly $70. I have tried less expensive products containing Hypochlorous Acid, but they all sting a little and don't soothe my eyes like this product does.
This is my third mask. I use it every morning for my dry eye therapy.
The wash is good but the new pump is bad. After less than 10 pumps, the pump head got stuck and I need to pull it up manually. I like the old package better. Please improve the pump head.
