What is the best non-irritating eyelid cleanser for blepharitis and dry eye?
They both have Hypochlorous acid in them. Ours has electrolyzed water and then table salt in it and it has a two year shelf life. We prescribe it for patients 2x a day, making it very easy to use.
I spray it directly on my eyelids right when I wake up. Then after I’m done washing my face, I spray it on and you just leave it on.
My wife on the other hand, sprays it on a cotton ball or a cotton round and then wipes her eyelids about 5 or 6 times and that replaces her lid scrubs. Then she just leaves it on.
Does it hurt to use the eyelid spray more than 2x a day?
No, it does not at all. It is very natural, organic, vegan spray that is good for your skin. You can actually use it for wound care if you get a cut. It’s a good antibacterial and that’s why we use it for lid scrubs and blepharitis.
