They both have Hypochlorous acid in them. Ours has electrolyzed water and then table salt in it and it has a two year shelf life. We prescribe it for patients 2x a day, making it very easy to use.
I spray it directly on my eyelids right when I wake up. Then after I’m done washing my face, I spray it on and you just leave it on.
My wife on the other hand, sprays it on a cotton ball or a cotton round and then wipes her eyelids about 5 or 6 times and that replaces her eyelid scrubs. Then she just leaves it on.
