Warm Compress for Your Eyes
Should I do hot compresses anyway even though I am having a good eye day? They are not irritated or clogged right now, but should I stick with my routine?
We do recommend sticking with your routine. Warm compresses are kind of an interesting subject right now in the eye care world. Studies are starting to show they are mostly being tagged as "symptom relief". In my opinion, all studies can be flawed.
I would say, go ahead and stick with your routine, no matter what, even if you are feeling better. Keeping that routine is just going to help even more. It's like saying that you are feeling healthy so should you continue to exercise and eat well. Of course you should! That’s what got you there in the first place. You don't want to become unhealthy or overweight because you stopped your routine suddenly. That is just my opinion and comparison.
