A Perfect Guide!!

I was told intermittent fasting would help my high blood pressure and slight cholesterol issues. I have been trying it for a few weeks now and I am feeling great. I have an appointment with my Dr. in soon and hope to see a change in my #'s.

Amazing and simple to follow
