Is MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) safe to put in the eye?
Yes, basically pure MSM is sulfur, salt, and water. So, as long as you are not allergic to sulfur, or your eyes are not incredibly dry, then I do not see a problem with it. It is not something that we normally recommend, however. There are other options for dry eye treatment that you could try.
