This is where cold compresses will come into play. If you have puffy eyes in the morning, like mine are right now, then you actually can use a cold compress for that and you can use our mask. You can put it in the freezer and just put it over your eyelids to cool. Then, when you want to heat it up, you just put it the microwave for a couple seconds.
You can also use eye creams. I have an eye gel that I hardly ever use, but when I do use it it's normally when I wake up and my eyes are puffy. So, I actually keep it in the refrigerator. Anything that you're using around your eyes in the morning, whether it's lotion or eye gel, you can keep that in the refrigerator and it will really help soothe the eyelids and get that swelling to go down. I know, especially during allergy season, some people can have more issues with puffy eyes so then our spray can help with that. Keeping your eyelids healthy is going to help everything work in sync. When I actually posted my picture the other day of that rash I had, it was diet-related, but I actually hadn't been using my spray for about five days... oops. That probably didn’t help! Make sure to stick with your routine.
