How To Use A Warm Compress
Do you need to use a moisture with your eye mask?
Not necessarily. I would use whatever it is that is more comfortable for you. Some people like a little bit of moisture, other people don't.
We've played with it when we were testing our mask. We were cleaning it and we were using some water and gentle dish soap on the silk and then of course you cannot take the inside out, so then we were putting it in the microwave and the mask heated a little bit with moisture. It actually made it a little warmer and it kind of soothed a little bit more. If you are going to use it wet you are going to have to clean it more because you don't want anything growing inside of it. I would say keep it dry but if you want to wet it or damp it a little bit, that would be fine. I just wouldn't soak it completely.
